What is Urology?
Urology is a medical specialty that focuses on diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the urinary tract and the male reproductive system. This includes organs such as the kidneys, ureters, adrenal glands, bladder, and urethra.
A urologist is a medical doctor trained to manage a wide range of urinary and reproductive health issues. For men, urologists also treat conditions related to the testes, prostate, and male infertility.
